Today we are excited to announce another revolutionary cataract lens, the RxSight Light Adjustable Lens. Traditionally, cataract surgeons optimize your replacement lens prior to surgery, predicting the best optimizations to restore your vision. 

The RxSight lens offers a unique alternative, adjustments after surgery! Here’s how it works. Your opthamologist performs your cataract surgery, replacing your clouded lens with the light adjustable lens. After your eye has healed you’ll work with your doctor to adjust your lens, ensuring you have the best vision outcome possible. The lens is adjusted using UV light treatments, which are performed in your doctor’s office. Each treatment takes around 90 seconds and is completely non-invasive, using only light.
